AT Tempo (Track / Hilly Streets). Weatherman says that I'll do my workout today instead of tomorrow. Warm up is a jog to the track and two primer laps. AT tempo is three laps on the track to start and finish with a zig-zag of The Orchards in the middle. Average 7:51 pace over 3.53 miles. Spot on effort and smooth execution start to finish. Banked some big-money training minutes this morning. Easy jog back to the house to end the day.
