Post-Race Long Run. Sore this morning. Evenly distributed and no apparent dings. Thumbs up. Out early for a quick six plus at 8:41 average pace. Two dimes, a nickel and two pennies.
Hop in the car and head to Cape for an abbreviated CBEGM weekend run. Another 4.16 miles at 8:21 average pace. Another penny right after stepping out of the car, but that was it. Onward.
