Temp 38 (31) Wind 13 mph.
Less interested in walking and more interested in seeing how far I have progressed over the last five days towards returning to real running.
About 20:00 minutes walking in 4mm drops over all types of terrain.
Change into 0mm drops and immediately start run/walk intervals. No set time format; rather will base duration of run intervals by pushing to the point of fatigue that would cause return of symptoms if I continued. Made it over a mile today before quitting while ahead, taking my ball, and going home. Big "W".
