AT Tempo (Track/Hills). Some summer acclimation training weather. Jog to track and take a lap of surges/strides on the straights to prime. Workout is 30:00 minutes at AT effort. Start and finish with two laps on the track with hills in the middle. Overall average 7:37 with splits of 7:37 / 7:47 / 7:42 / 6:47 (7:18). Added heavier Smith Machine Squats back to strength program two and a half weeks ago. Quads checked out after about 20:00 minutes. Easy back to the house in about 15:00 minutes.
