Temp 37 (WC 29) Wind 13 mph.

Hour @ Easy Effort. Lots of hills in route in prep for Spring Classic. Recovery coming along. Could tell I did a weight workout on legs last night. Wanting to spend more time on my feet at or near 65% VO2 Max (35) over next few weeks to help make the call on if I want to play my one and only lifetime HM card this fall. Want to find out if I can handle the work load that will be necessary. Toe better, but did start to gripe about 45-50 minutes in. Less sharp / shooting pain, more soreness in general area today. Soft track may be calling tomorrow.

Weight workout: Supersets of wide-stance squats, leg curls, hip flexor kicks, and lunges. Core exercises and stretched legs. Avoided plyo due to toe.
