Hilly AT Tempo. More traffic than normal for this time of day in this typically quite neighborhood. With few observing the posted speed limit. Tempo = 27:34 at 7:51 average pace. Had the AT zone locked in this morning.
Finally able to get into doc to get my expired eye Rx taken care of. Cost of exam increased over 40% from last year, about thirty bucks. On the plus side, since we're all walking, talking biohazards these days, got the keep the pen used to update my paper work.
