Track Intervals. Nasty morning. Will keep the blood thick. Achy and have some lower back fatigue remaining from weekend's manual labor. Jog for about 12:00 minutes at 7:58 average pace. Take another few minutes for some drills and a couple of strides.

Workout is 12 x 200 (0.12) with equal distance jog intervals. Averaged 6:25 / 6:22 / 6:25 for first three. Started to get rolling with a 6:18 and a 6:15. Got sloppy and fell back to 6:22. Time to flip directions. Took one to regroup at 6:24, then finished with 6:17 / 6:19 / 6:12 / 6:11. Apparently, can't count to twelve and only did eleven. Cardio got in a real good place, but could never pull it all together below the neck.

Down = another 6 laps in the outside lanes and rest of track is filling up rapidly with morning walkers. 1.60 miles at 8:07 average pace.
