(1) 20:00 minutes jogging, (2) 6 x hill sprints, (3) 28:49 minute hilly AT tempo @ 8:11 average pace, (4) 400 jog interval, (5) 4 x 400 w/ 100 jogs flipping directions each time @ 7:12 / 6:56 / 7:08 / 6:55, and (6) 60:00 minutes jogging. Barely a soul for first hour. Ant farm after that. Over nine miles in and was running for free. Came home with four quarters, four dimes, three nickels, and seven pennies.
