Long Run. CBEM back together after two weeks of racing. Near perfect morning for running. Temps warmed into 60s and wind picked up to 12-15 mph. 45:52 Up. 5.23 miles total. Jogging, drills, and striders.

Today's workout is 2 x 20:00 Minutes @ 3/4s Effort w/ 5:00 Minute Jog Intervals. Some rolling hills in both, more in first one. Rep #1 = 2.82 miles (7:05). Rep #2 = 2.85 miles (7:02). No leg fatigue until midway through #2. No noticable drift until last 6:00-7:00 minutes of #2. Felt strong, felt smooth. Chippy pace for 10 miles into daily run at end of 50 mile week.

Total cool-down 21:20. 2.27 miles. Good day and overall good week. Co-founder nabs only quarter.
