Easy 90:00 Minutes. Lots of factors tugging on pace. Heavy legs day after first strength interval workout in 18 days, nasty air with rain / storms all around, darkness, shadows, heaviest and bulkiest trainers, early 4:00 a.m. start due to work schedule. Bottom line is 90:00 minutes is 90:00 minutes, easy pace is what it is at an east effort. Rain started just as I was heading in the door after post-run stretch out. Quarter and a penny.
