Hour Run / Walk. Did this after last weekend's FFS marathon (aka an 18-miler) and it worked wonders. Thought it would be a good bridge between tempo and long run this weekend. Sat tight until there was enough daylight to see any slick spots, then headed out. Whoever it was that bled out on the ice patch near the high school probably should have done the same...
Jogged for 22:XX at 8:36 average pace, walked for 20:22 minutes, then jogged another 17:XX at 8:25 average pace back to the house. Only some minor "TM-Hipitist" after yesterday. Worked its way out quickly. Did not expect to get paid much today as nasty weather tends to keep the loiterers indoors. Only pennies (8).
