Temp 66 Wind 10 mph.

Twenty minute shake out jog. Just something to keep the blood flowing. Will probably do 40 and 20 tomorrow with a full day off on Thursday. Pre-run chest workout on the weights. 10x10 with 1 minute rest intervals. Mix of incline, flat, and decline bench presses.
