Long Run Workout. Damn dark out here this morning.

1) About 15:00 minutes jogging.

2) 6 x Hill Sprints.

3) Jog over to tempo start point.

4) 28:XX minute AT Tempo. Average pace = 7:46. Started flat/rolling, hills, then finished with lap on track.

5) 400 jog interval.

6) 3 x LT 1200s with 400 jog intervals (average paces = 7:04 / 6:57 / 6:58).

7) About another 40:00 minutes jogging.

Best week of training in 2019. Three pennies.
