4 x 3:00 Minutes at Tempo Speed w/ 2:00 Minute Intervals.

Rep 1 -- 27 +/- mph. Uneven.

Rep 2 -- 28+ mph. Easy.

Rep 3 -- 29-30 mph. Out of the gate fast and holding.

Rep 4 -- 29-30 mph. Ditto.

5:00 Minute Cool-Down

Think I'm good to go. Will give it another few days just to error on caution's side. (Easy to be cautious when the wind is gusting to 40 mph and blowing snow everywhere.) Look to run three days this week. About an hour total starting with 12:00 minutes, then 20:00 and 30:00.
