Temp 61 Wind 3 mph.

Long Run with Stuff. Base at high school. About two miles of jogging before stopping for 6 x hill sprints, then back to the car to hydrate and change shoes.

Jog on over to the track for intervals. Been running at AT effort last couple of weeks, so want to push it down at least to HM effort this week. Was thinking 1600s. Prime with a 200 (6:28), a 400 (6:45), and a 600 (6:51). Take 200 jog intervals between each. Feel pretty good about locking in a HM effort, so switch things up to 2 x 2000 with a 400 jog. Go 6:54 and 6:50. Good time in good cardio zone. Legs have been gassed last couple of days from volume and mixing in some new ancillary work. Held together and rode it out.

Jog another 20:00 minutes to finish the day. Lots of folks out this morning. Quarter and two pennies.
