Hill Circuits. Long day ahead, lots to do, out and after it. Warm-up of 20:03, jogging and two surges, 2.29 miles. Much warmer this morning and much easier to shake out.
Six hill circuits in 53:55. Focused and solid execution. Zero issues with quads.
Cool-down jog home, 18:07 minutes, 1.96 miles. Last workout that will have time to soak in before Charleston. Will stay aerobic next nine days except to sharpen. Early forecast calls for maybe 80°. Time will be what time will be. Have not trained last two months to run XX:XX, have trained to race a 5K.
