Temp 52 (48) Wind 10 mph.
Easy 50:00 Minutes. Rainy days hit with good timing. Had a 30-36 hour period late Wednesday and most of day Thursday where it felt like may be coming down with something. Rebounded yesterday, and never any fever, head, or chest congestion. Plan is to stay active next few days, but without adding too much stress. Next Olympics still years away, so nothing pressing at the moment...
