Temp 77 Winds Calm. Humidity 88% Dew Point 73°.
5K Warm Up - About 30:00 minutes of a mix between jogging, drills, strides, and even some jump squats. Damn, moving smooth today. Kind of like warming up those mornings when I was one of those sub-19 guys. Jogging at 7:45-7:30 pace like its nothing. Strides 6:30-6:25 with about a 10K effort.
Cool Down - Back on the track and its getting real hot. Planned on about three, but decided to chill and put in a couple extra tomorrow.
