Long Run with Stuff. Started noticing something not right on Thursday night. Woke up and thought a good idea to make a call to set up ER visit to dentist. Sure enough, filling going bad. Caught before disaster. Started on a round of Clindamycin while waiting to get in to get it taken care of week after next. Only my third Rx of antibiotics in 15+ years...all dental. So far, GI system not bitching.

Start this morning with 15:00+ minutes of jogging. Sharpen with 6 x hill sprints before going immediately into workout. (1) 25:40 minutes of hilly AT tempo running at 7:46 average pace. Finish on the track and take a lap jog interval. (2) 2 x 1200 at 15K/10K effort with a 400 jog interval. 1200 = 3 laps in outside lanes. Average 6:59 / 6:54. Another 50:00 minutes of jogging around town to wrap things up. Felt really good most of day. Quads a bit tired, but glutes were full of pop. Two quarters, a dime, two nickels, nine pennies (one a maple leaf), and enough of a one dollar bill that the bank will trade me out for a whole one.
