And we're off! Nice to have full day to go about my business with no rush. Switched it up and did my HS/SH PT and upperbody lift (chins, push-ups & shoulder presses) prior to run. Taper week with Saturday races. About five miles of jogging and finishing with three striders with full jog/walk recoveries. First dime of 2013. Couldn't keep my paws out of the chips last night. Think I hit my year's quota for salt intake.
