Temp 27 Winds Calm.
Medium Long Run with Strides. Finally able to get back outside without fear of being wind-blown into next area code. Nice also to find there was some extra pep in my step this morning. Hit 16 x 100m strides on the track walking the turns for recovery. Four quarters, two dimes, three nickels, and seven pennies. All three nickels (and two pennies) had "bonus value". The 1952S nickel is cool.
