Out quick, settled in, then eased it back down. Started to fall apart in the turns between 16:00 and 20:00 as legs had about 18:00 minutes worth of recovery in them after Sunday. Refocused, held it together, and stayed in the right zone. Maybe the best one yet in 2013.
