Temp 33 Winds Calm.

Sharpening Day. One of those cold, pitch-dark mornings where could not see through watery eyes. Slow to get orientated and find my coordination. Jogged to track and took one lap to stride the straights. Walked the turns for recovery. Short workout of:

2 x 200 (6:55 / 6:57)

4 x 400 (6:45 / 6:44 / 6:41 / 6:34)

Three in each direction with 200 jog intervals in between each. Easy 12:XX minute jog back to house for cool down.
