AT Tempo Intervals on Hills. Lots to work with this morning. Warm, little humidity, wind, hills, and darkness.
1) Walk to middle school.
2) Jog to track.
3) Lap + of strides.
4) 3 x 9:00 at AT with 1:00 walk / 2:00 jog intervals.
5) Jog back to middle school.
6) Walk home.
Was going to be happy if could run a controlled 7:40 pace on intervals. Nice surprise to be able to comfortably do them around 7:30ish.
So much jaw flapping that I had to look. Juan Epstein's Mom logs 62.25 total miles for August...more than 10 fewer than old broken runners.
