Temp 52 Wind 12 mph.

Long Run. CBEM Team originating from HealthPoint Fitness this week. 20 miles of convo to squeeze into about 14 miles of running...gonna have to get busy. Capaha Park loop and back to base for change of shoes, hydration, drills and striders. Jog over to Arena Park for a couple of Tempo Intervals.

Plan is 2 x 2 Miles @ 7:15 pace with 3:00 Minute Jog Intervals. 7:18 / 7:15. More talking than running. 7:09 / 6:58. Still quite a bit of talking, but with a little more running in the mix.

Four mile round-about loop back to base to finish. Time for two old men to take a short well deserved break before diving into fall HM training.
