Temp 24 (18) Wind 4 mph.
Hill Circuits. Digging out the winter gear. Start with 2.45 miles at 8:47 average pace including two surges. Same number (4) and same hill circuit as last week (Up = 0:60 seconds on Broadridge, Down = 0:30 seconds on Aaron, and Stride = Orchard Drive). Turnover not real quick and barely managed to crack 7:00, but felt refreshed and stronger. Able to hold strict form start to finish allowing me to avoid pissing off sore groin. Do still have some mild inflammation on right forefoot and outside of right heel. Remnants of Cape LaCroix Trail camber. Cool down with 1.45 miles at 9:01 average pace.
