Temp 64 Wind 11 mph. Humidity 80%.

20/40/20 AT Run. Cooler, less humidity, and a little wind. Nice change-up in running conditions. Up = 2.50 miles at 8:01 average pace. Two medium/long surges.

One week until late afternoon 5K. Life's itinerary changing daily, so have plotted and re-plotted next seven days training schedule too many times to count. Just before heading out the door said, "To hell with it, bring it all today."

AT Run = 5.74 miles at 6:58 average pace:

0:00 - 10:23 -- Track at 6:57 average pace.

10:24 - 20:01 -- Hills at 6:59 average pace. West Lane, Oak, to City Park.

20:02 - 25:35 -- Flat / Rolling at 7:02 average pace. Loop through City Park. Lost some focus.

25:36 - 40:00 -- Hills / Track at 6:55 average pace. Oak to Jr. High. Very good job this morning running on the hills, not up them. Hit the track and noticed (1) had not yet had to manage effort, and (2) zero fatigue in glutes, hip flexors, or adductors. So surprised that I forgot to hit my lap button to get hills versus track split.

Down = 2.64 miles at 7:35 average pace. Feeling like I am 7'1" and all legs. Rolling with ease.
