45 Minutes @ Easy Effort. Starting work on getting stride in allignment for Sunday, so stuffed a low-impact drill set in the middle. Started with 14:00 minutes of jogging. Moving right at 8:00 m/m pace. About 20 minutes of drilling. Mixed in six striders at around 5K effort. Two were closer to 3K. Stopped for about three minutes to stretch, then finished with another 10+ minutes of jogging. Now moving just under 8:00 m/m. Legs a bit achy and stale from the recent inactivity. Day off tomorrow, then tune up on Saturday. Getting close.
