Temp 40 Winds Calm.

Recovery Run. Pumping some blood and getting to work breaking in the new trainers. Thought the lifting and plyo would have tugged more on my pace, but miles three and four were both 7:34s and they felt very comfortable. Rolled and stretched post-run. Have ice on a minor stone (gum ball) bruise behind middle toes on left foot. Battle scar from Friday's XC romp. May do some core later, otherwise done for the day. Quarter and three pennies.
