Train Plan = 50:00 Minutes Easy Effort.

1) Walk for just under 13:00 minutes to warm up.

2) Run/Walk rest of the way. Started with light pole to light pole for first 10:00 minutes. Went to 2:1 for next 20:00ish. Finished with a couple of full laps around the block with a pole to pole walk interval. First one 0.48 @ 9:25 average pace. Second one 0.55 @ 9:20 average pace. Almost stopped a couple of times in first half of second one when catching myself running defensive. Got it back together and finished it off. Symptoms less frequent and significantly less severe.
