Easy 30:00 Minutes with Drills and Strides. Primary objective this morning was to get in a good drill and stride session. Jogging there and back secondary fact-of-life. So, you're too injured to train for something; however, you think its fine to go ahead and do it twice in the next eight weeks; just slower than you'd planned??? Were it not for the fact the response would be to "lighten up and move on", would very much like to know the rock star, superhero, badass's thought process. #PrivilegedPhysiology.
