Hill Sprints with 22:00 Minute AT Tempo. Had a Plan B TM workout set to go in case of storms. Woke up with achy hips, so caught a break by getting a window to get outside.

About 16:00 minutes of jogging. 6 x hill sprints. AT Tempo on flat / rolling streets and walking trails. Lots of shadows in the dark, puddles, and tight turns to drag down overall pace, but had the desired effort locked in after about 6:00-7:00 minutes. Another 16:00 minutes jogging back to the house. Ate a bug on the way. One dime.
