Temp 29 Winds Calm.

Hill Repeats. Lots of dirt and gravel on hill at corner of Broadridge and Orchard due to construction. In fact, some idiot left a pickaxe and hammer in the middle of the sidewalk/trail for me to trip over in the dark. Hey dude, good luck finding your tools when you get to work this morning...hint, they are technically still on the work site.

Warm-Up = 20:00 minutes of jogging and surges (2.28 miles).

Workout = 7 x 0:60 Second Hill Repeats. Jog to bottom of hill, strider, then walk the rest of 4:00 minute interval. Reps 1, 4, and 7 - all running. Reps 2 and 5 - springing/running. Reps 3 and 6 - bounding/running.

Cool-Down = 20:00 minutes of jogging (2.31 miles).
