Easy Hour with Hill Sprints / Drills / Striders. No soreness or dings. Glutes and lower back muscles a tad tired, but everything else on down the line feels great.

Out the door, loop the neighborhood, then down to City Park and Russell Street Hill. 2.37 miles at 8:47 average pace.

4 x 15 Second Hill Repeats with 2:00 Minute Walk Intervals. Two full drill sets with strides after each. Second strider as smooth and easy as I remember in a long time. Topped out at sub-5:30.

Back into the general population for another 4.57 miles at 8:39 average pace. Very easy except when letting myself get distracted by traffic, other runners, or sightseeing in general. Finish just in time. Sprinkles, then rain as I rolled back into the neighborhood. Just a bunch of pennies (six).
