Temp 30 (30) Winds Calm.
Strength Intervals. Even with stress, too little sleep, and crap for diet, a day off does wonders. Hilly 3.14 mile jog over to Fred M. Morrow Stadium at 8:04 average pace.
Strength Intervals: Jump squats, springing, high knees, bounding, stairs, and striders. Made a little more interesting due to glaze on track from last night's icy fog.
Took a 3.48 mile route back to the house at 7:57 average pace. Nickel and five pennies along the way.
