Temp 26 (26) Winds Calm.
Easy Run with Three Striders. Couple tender spots left over from Saturday's race. Good enough to get back at it. Any hobbyjogger can get up everymorning and go out for a run. 2/2/12 is less than four weeks away. Time to focus and run every minute of every run with purpose.
