Temp 36 Winds Calm.

AT Tempo (Track). Weather forecast a moving target next two-three days. Might as well get in some "tired leg" training and be done with it. About 20:00 minutes jogging, surge/strides, walking.

Workout is sixteen laps on the track at AT. Eight in each direction, flipping every four. Splits: 7:44 / 7:31 / 7:31 / 7:31 / 2:44 (7:31). Overall = 7:35. Had it dialed in this morning and was coasting.

Easy jog back to the house. One penny.
