Temp 58 Winds Calm.
Hour Plus Run/Walk. Back to the track. Slower getting my stiff back to shake out after a couple days off, and seemed to fatigue a bit quicker into the run intervals; however, lower chain symptoms continue to slowly fade each week. Got rolling with 400/400/800/400/1200/400 format, then moved into a "workout" of 2 x 2000 @ 8:36 and 8:13 average paces, and 1 x 800 @ 8:19 with 300 walk intervals.
Reminded of things that happen when your world slows down...walked around the back of the car after getting out and noticed a piece of paper on the ground in some gravel that was the same color and shape of a quarter roll. Upon closer inspection, noticed two silver half circles sticking out each end. Full excavation turned up total of 16 for a $4.00 morning.
