Temp 71 Winds Calm. Humidity 96% Dew Point 69°.

Track Intervals. Warm-Up: 4 x 100 strides. Workout: 2 x 400 (7:27 / Flip / 7:31) and 4 x 800 (7:20 / 7:17 / Flip / 7:20 / 7:24). 200 jog intervals. Think this is about as much speedwork volume as can safely handle on my limited base. Will probably repeat this workout next week, then cut interval time to increase intensity going forward.
