Afternoon TM Run. As warm-up, cool-down, and intervals for upper-body (shoulders) lift. Another case of afternoonitis. Sloppy more often than not.

Lift = Three Super-sets:

1) Various Dumbbell Lifts.

2) Upright Rows.

3) Pull Ups.
