Temp 40 (37) Wind 4 mph.
Fast Twitch/CNS Day. Realignment after taking day off for rest. Couple miles of jogging to shake out. Six hill sprints followed by another 12:00 minutes of drills and strides. Strides had more spring and speed to give, but did not have the coordination to max it out this morning. Easy one mile jog back to the house. Had a nickel and some pennies (8) before coming across a nice pile of three quarters that someone had generously left for me in plain view.
