Long Run. CBEGM originals getting together with big group leaving from MoRunCo. They like to take off a little hot some mornings, so get there early to get in a couple of short, quick drill sets and a couple of strides.
Schmiz, Joe W., Laura S., Gene M. and Scott D. Out and down to the Mississippi. Head back and break off from the big group at Capaha Park with KEH and LS. First mile 8:20, then next five 8:11 - 8:04. Post break drop just below 8:00 for two, then go 7:46 / 7:40 / 7:39 / 7:26 to finish. 90:00 minutes well spent. Three pennies and a rewards card I'll need to check on later.
