Temp 38 Wind 2 mph.
Tune Up Run with Three Strides. Freshened up over last couple of days and am much sharper. About 20:00 minutes of neighborhood jogging at 8:12 average pace. Three striders with full jog / walk recoveries. Did a flat, incline, and decline. Hitting the 5s this morning without much effort. Focus was more on upper body position than turnover.
