2 x 2 Miles @ 10K-12K Effort w/ 3:00 Minute Jog Intervals. 6:25 / 6:20. Felt it some at the end. Second trip 6:25 / 6:23. Overall easier than first. Did cross the line about 1.75 in, but relaxed and was back under control almost immediately. Coasted to finish. I'll take these any day.
