Up = 6:00 minutes easy.

Was going to do 6 x 1:00 on / 1:00 off. Was pushing the "ons". After third and fourth one, was sweating and actually feeling like I was exercising, so did 8x.

Down = last 1:00 off, then 3:00 minutes easy.
