Temp 36 (36) Wind 2 mph.
Ten with Four at MPE on Track. Tech, thermal, long-sleeve, sock hat and gloves. Needed every bit of it. Three miles on the dime to the track at 8:23 average pace.
Relaxed and strict four at a marathon pace effort. First two at 7:18 average pace, flipped directions and went 7:10 average pace on the last two. First two had the "all day long" feel to them. Second two, while not hard, did seem to take more focus.
Finish with 3.60 miles at 8:07 average pace. Creek is up and got caught on the wrong side. Didn't care. Sun above the horizon, edge off the chill, and felt awesome out there. Was not ready to stop. Two dimes and a penny.
