Temp 44 (40) 6 mph.
Log it, forget it, and hope for better in 24 hours. Rough night with sore, stiff neck and achy bum shoulder. Hit the ground and out the door in slow motion daze. No more got going than car headlight hit me square in the eyes causing misstep and knee stinger. Had to stop and took about a minute to get feeling back. Plan was hour, then drills and striders, but just ran it out and was done with it.
Positives: Amazing running weather, nearly eight miles before work, a dime, and a penny.
