Temp 54 Wind 5 mph.

Long Day / 150 Minutes. Ready for bed at decent hour...just in time for phone call and daily dose of chaos to stress out before trying to go to sleep. Working on four hours. Goal will be to do 15 minute walks for warm up / cool down and run as much of middle two hours as prudent.

1) Walk for about 14:00 minutes. At the corner, so start run early.

2) Started with 12:3 run/walk intervals for the first hour. Resisting the urge to extend run time early. Last hour 16:2:20:2:20. Run strict, keep foot strikes soft, don't be too aggressive when making turns, hopping curbs, or dodging pot holes, and almost like running normal. Almost. Better than yesterday. Walk intervals good mental break.

3) Cool down walk of another 13:00ish. Starting to sprinkle, so headed for the car. Nickel Day (7). Quarter, two dimes, and five pennies also.
