Track Intervals. Warm up jog to the track with one primer lap. Workout:

2 x 200 (Average Paces = 7:02 / 6:49).

4 x 600 (Average Paces = 6:47 / 6:52 / 6:52 / 6:49).

Jog Intervals = 200.

Starting to pull it back together on the straights, but wasn't doing a good job turning in either direction this morning.

Easy cool-down jog back to the house.
