Hour @ Easy Effort w/ Drills and Striders. Weatherman says this will be warmest day of week. Looks like he's going to be right. Air heavy and full of bugs. Not getting loose, so jogged an extra lap before hitting first drill. Side-to-side stuff sluggish. Extra emphisis and focus on striders today. Got them to the mid-5s. Saw Paul S. on my way home. May have caught him "putting the moves" on MY hill.
